Play-Well offers a variety of value-added services to help you get the most from your play structure purchase and ownership experience. You may submit a service request right here on our website. For some services, we require a digital photo of the play structure you are requesting services for.
On-Site Playset Planning
Play-Well offers an Playset Planning services where a representative will come to your home to evaluate your backyard. Our yard evaluator will take measurements and discuss possible products suitable for your yard situation. A fee may apply for this service which is due upon arrival of our yard evaluator. Delivery and Installation
Play-Well offers a reasonably priced delivery and installation service. Unlike many others, we have our own fleet of trucks and installers serving all of California. Since we use our own trucks and our own people our focus is on safety and attention to detail. Furthermore, we will be there for you after the sale and after the installation should you need further assistance. (Dealer/distributor delivery and installation arrangements may vary - ask your dealer for details.)
Play Structure Relocation
Whether you are moving, relandscaping the backyard, or giving your well-loved play structure to a friend or relative, Play-Well can assist in relocating the structure to its new home! Our experienced delivery and installation teams will disassemble your play structure, load it on our truck, and reassemble it at a different location. The fee for this service varies depending on the pick-up and delivery locations, yard access, as well as the size and type of play structure. Maintenance Services
To protect your play structure investment, proper maintenance is recommended, including periodic checking and tightening of bolts as well as refinishing the wooden play structure to keep it in good condition. Click here to request Maintenance Services.
